Ground Ogbono

Is made from the dried seeds of the Irvingia gabonensis tree, commonly known as African bush mango. These seeds are ground into a fine powder and used primarily in West African cuisine to prepare ogbono soup, prized for its thick, mucilaginous texture and rich flavour.
